Tunisian Patchwork Blanket Crochet Pattern PDF

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Turn your leftover yarn into a colorful Tunisian crochet blanket!

If you have a collection of partially used yarn cakes waiting for the perfect project, this one's for you!

The Tunisian Patchwork Blanket combines two of my favorite Tunisian crochet techniques to create a cozy blanket filled with beautiful color changes and texture.

I made mine using leftover Lion Brand Mandala cakes in three different colorways. As I worked through the yarn, the colors naturally created a patchwork appearance without needing to plan out a complicated color sequence.

And here's my favorite part: the panels are joined as you go, so there's no sewing them together at the end!

What you'll love about this pattern

  • A beautiful way to use scrap yarn. Give your leftover Mandala cakes a new purpose!

  • Join-as-you-go construction. Work six vertical panels, connecting them as you crochet.

  • Beautiful stitch definition. The Tunisian half double crochet stitch creates a lovely textured fabric.

  • No complicated color changes. Let your self-striping yarn create the patchwork effect.

  • Video tutorial support. Three tutorials help demonstrate the techniques used in the pattern.

  • Make it your own. Use the same colors I did or experiment with a completely different combination.
